I don't disagree about the other NATO countries doing their fair share - I've thought that for years. And I don't believe we should essentially be mercenaries, either; more $ is only part of it. The military $ and resources we put into Europe - and Israel while we're talking about it - is just crazy when you look at their health care and educational systems and costs compared to ours.

But it's clear to me from my living room chair vantage point that many if not most of our friends abroad (with notable exceptions) don't trust DJT.
