So far at least, all these lawsuits getting thrown out of court all over the country haven’t included perjury accusations against Trumpie lawyers, because they aren’t saying the same things in court. They know they are flooding the airwaves with lies. They are sowing doubt McCarthy style. Make stuff up, claim you have evidence, and in the minds of the Trumpie-gullible, the claim that there is evidence IS the evidence. You see it here - orgasmic Trumpies claiming Rudy just presented lots of evidence to Hannity or some other Trumpie robot, when the evidence was nothing more than wild accusations and claims that we’ll see the evidence “soon”.

But of course the “evidence” never finds its way into court where perjury charges loom. They generally never even make it into the public record and are instantly debunked when they do, like the comical affidavit. But the accusations and the claims that there is evidence - those are permanently part of the propaganda infosphere.

Which is the only goal. Rudy knows he’s full of shit. That’s his strategy.
