The relief package from the spring was huge socialist package

That probably saved the 2020 economy. Trump didn’t do anything other than sign it, but as President he can take credit for all the good it did.

Though as a majority of the relief dies in the next few weeks, he is going to share in the blame of the 2021 recession, assuming no relief is passed.
