growth trajectory has definitely slowed. Sunday was the first time in 49 days where cases were down compared to the same day of the prior week. Monday cases were up, but only slightly. Check out the growth in the 7 day moving average of cases. It has really come down the last few days. This week may not spike as much as you think because the holiday's will slow down testing and reporting. I would expect next week (and then 3 weeks from now to be big).

We may actually get a REAL slowing of cases for a short period of time due to the holidays too. Somewhat anecdotal... but I know several people who took their kids out of school and are quarantining in advance of being with extended family over the holidays.
