Yes. It doesn't make sense based on the data that the CDC published


on deaths from ALL causes which from Mid March through October are up 502K compared to last year. Deaths do increase every year due to a growing/aging population. In 2019 deaths increased by 67K. In 2018, by 10K. In 2017, by 64K. In 2016, by 57K. Let's see 502K, 67K, 10K, 64K, 57K. Which one of these is not like the others?

Best I can tell is she's arguing that the % of deaths by age group didn't change year over year. That makes sense because you see EVERY age group increased by double digit %, so the "mix" of deaths by age group didn't change (they ALL went up). The under 24 deaths did not increase YoY, but it's such a small share of all deaths (~2%) that it can't swing the mix.
