You (and anyone in the public) can get a file from the Georgia Secretary of State site that includes voter information, their address, whether they voted in person or absentee, when they voted, etc. I think it costs $250 if you feel like shelling that out.

Georgia doesn't require witnesses on absentee ballots, but does require signature match on both the absentee ballot request and the absentee ballot itself (and again, people from all parties can watch the verification of those signatures to ensure no foul play).

So all this crap you claim is hidden is not - you're just ignorant.
