I said that there was a conflict between their jobs and what they were supporting in this protest/riot/murder.
The purpose of the protest was to overthrow an election. Their presence there confirms their support of that idea. They are favoring an illegality, a damn basic one at that.

It clearly conflicts with their ability to faithfully and fairly carry out their jobs as cops. At the least they have some questions to answer, just as if they were in support of a Black Lives Matter rally that was organized to over throw an election that ended up in ransacking the Capitol.
