An estimate can be had from comparing approval ratings


I believe Trump’s was around 43% in the fall. Today I saw it had fallen to 33%.

I think that overestimates the number who would withdraw support, but is directionally correct. 10-15% feels right.

That the number isn’t higher illustrates the challenge we face as a country.
