The only way his statements are defensible is if there is a reasonable reason to believe that material voter fraud existed, and there isn't. It is not reasonable for him, or anyone else, to believe that.

Its the same bullshit argument Dershowitz made that if somehow Trump, in his addled mind, believes something, then he doesn't have the requisite mens rea. It isn't reasonable, and if he does believe it, that is sufficient grounds for the 25th amendment
