House doesn't matter. All that matters is the Senate. I would expect


House members in loony tunes red districts and are up for re-election in two years to vote "no", but all that is required is a majority to send the Articles to the Senate. Then it's a matter of the Senate doing the right thing. Much better chance that Senators who need to win an entire state and aren't up for re-election any time soon to grab a knife and take their place in line than some Louie Gohmert motherfucker. But that said, I will only bellieve it when I see it.
