Most people, when asking the same question you just did, would come to the conclusion that the guy is just plain nuts. People who are seemingly rational just do wacky things sometimes, or can be entirely rational in one sphere of thought, and entirely irrational in another.

Others, of course, ask those questions and decide since it doesn't make any rational sense that it must mean his nutbaggery is actually true. Since he's a good businessman, he couldn't possibly be nuts.
