I'd say this ... if Trump doesn't do stupid shit with pardons for the next 18 hours I'd only want to investigate his financials. I need to know he wasn't comprised by foreign entities. That's important for the country, As for campaign finance violations, tax evasion, SEC/insurance fraud ... massive fines will be okay by me IF rules were broken. I'll let an independent DOJ make their decision regarding his role with the insurrection and do what's best for the country.

As for his children, Guliani, Bannon, and other politicians ... they are on their own. If they committed crimes, they are fair game.
