In a fractured field all she needs is a plurality. Given how batshit crazy the Republicans are these days, I think she could get 35% easily.

Unfortunately they are having a convention, with serial eliminations until a candidate gets the majority of delegates. I don't see Chase winning in that format, but hey one could hope!
