it appears that Flynn's was written in an airtight manner but many of the others, according to the author of the article, contain loopholes that the DOJ might be able to pursue. It would be interesting to know, if the pardons are insufficient to protect the recipient, whether they were done purposely or whether it was slipshod work by the writers of the pardons. So many of the WH staff had already left by the time the pardons were under preparation that inexperienced or overworked staff may have been the cause.

You have to balance his participation in the Mueller probe with his DOJ experience as the chief of the criminal fraud section with regards to his suppositions (is this just wishful thinking on his part or a very real situation that the pardons may not hold water).
