Rules if a Republican is Prez
1. Cannot commit a crime if Prez.
2. Cannot be tried for a crime if Prez, must impeach.
3. Cannot be impeached during first term, let the voters decide.
4. Cannot be impeached during second term, if verdict will come after term expires.
Not sure if the Cons' constitution has more pages or less pages than mine, but it certainly has different pages.
I think I have that straight.
