No matter what metric you pick it will be an apples and oranges comparison. I think both of the governors you have selected really suck and would rank them both near the bottom of the country, but your selection of the metric of the day is pretty meaningless. Perhaps it makes you feel better. Does nothing for me. JMO

Power ranking big mover - Kemp. He likes laws that make voting harder for those he thinks will be democrats, but at least he stands behind those laws once the voting is over.
