When I say that you are dodging the questions, I mean that you are answering questions that I didn't ask in order to evade the questions I did ask. You don't want to answer the questions I asked because your answers would blow apart your argument disputing my points about the guilt of McCabe, Comey et al. So, you answer other questions that have no bearing on the subject at hand and pretend that addresses the issue.

I did not ask if we, as a society, needed to accept the legal verdict of the OJ trial -- of course we do. Nor did I say that he'd been found guilty in a court of law. Nor did I say that we shouldn't abide by the decisions rendered by that court. Nor did I (or Trump) say that it's okay to riot at the Capitol because Trump wasn't declared the winner.

What I asked is whether YOU THINK O.J. killed those two people. It's an interesting case study for you because one court decision said he did and one said he didn't, so you can't rely on the courts to tell you what to believe. You have to decide for yourself.

Regarding Trump, same deal. By your logic, he's innocent of all criminal activity because no court has found otherwise. So, if he's innocent, then why were you in favor of impeachment? Why do you claim he incited an insurrection? Why do you claim he violated the law wrt his Ukraine call? Etc.

I'll take this to the most extreme example I can think of: Adolf Hitler was never found guilty of any crime regarding the Holocaust in a court of law. Do you presume him innocent?

The point I'm making is that a court decision is not the deciding factor in terms of determining whether someone is guilty or not (outside that court and its jurisdictional power). A court decision is only relevant with respect to the verdict in that particular trial, and that trial is filled with matters that have no bearing on the actual guilt of the defendant. More specifically, it's set up to protect the defendant at all costs.

So, getting to the conclusion: That Comey/Clinton/MccCabe, etc., were not found guilty in a court of law is not determinative of their guilt, and I've shown that by the logic employed above. Deferring to a court decision in their cases is especially nonsensical since they all admitted their guilt.

I'll leave it at that and read whatever else you might want to say. You can have the last word.
