willing to say let's just dump her and move on? I'm asking honestly, because I haven't paid much attention beyond some of the initial reports about her being so "mean". I used to see her on the Sunday shows, and other than disliking her uber partisan takes, I didn't have much dislike for her.

I get that we want people of high character, but she's a pretty hard left long time political operative. Why is her having been so aggressive and mean a surprise or deal breaker to anyone? It's not like it shouldn't have been known, or a surprise given her past duties. Being mean, aggressive and hyper partisan is what political operatives are supposed to do.

I guess I'm still of the mindset that someone has to be truly objectionable as a human for a POTUS to not be able to pick those he wants in his/her cabinet (a la Cuomo), and because I could be much more understanding if the objection was based on past extreme policies she's espoused and wants to advance rather than just having been "mean" (even if overly so and overly nasty).
