Chauvin is not convicted that the entire criminal justice system needs to be scrapped and that things like rules of evidence, presumption of innocence, and other very basic legal pillars will necessarily be proven to be "tools of white oppression" (or something similar ... forgot the exact language).

IOW: I can watch an 8 minute video on CNN and come to the "correct" conclusion, so therefore any process which comes to a different conclusion must be replaced. It's the logical offshoot of "any system which results in unequal outcomes between races is necessarily racist" which is basically their raison d'être.
