You’re talking about people like TommyKKK who are such racists they know it

And admit it. That’s low hanging fruit, as the rest of us can just agree those people are trash.

It’s the dozens of unconscious biases that exist in people who try their best *not* to be racist and seemingly neutral policies that have a disparate impact on minorities that are the real issues today. I don’t think we’re anywhere near as far along on those lines as we like to pretend we are.

But I do agree people are generally more racist and prone to view minorities as outsiders they let live in their country than fellow citizens in Europe than here. For the most part, anyways. But we as a whole do view and treat some minority groups as second class citizens, even when we try not to. I don’t see how anyone could deny that.
