That one is a mixed bag. I actually agreed with Hutchison and why he said


he vetoed the bill - not only didn't it allow for hormone treatments and puberty blockers (kind of dumb to make you wait until 18 for that), but it also brought to a halt those under 18 currently getting such treatments.

I don't agree with allowing surgeries before 18 with or without parental consent. This is elective surgery, and they are not truly harmed having to wait. I don't believe you can get elective plastic surgery before 18 either.

Regardless, it doesn't make Caitlyn or any transgender illegal.
