I've done fine in life despite being a raised as a "disadvantaged" upper middle class white dude. And I expect my boys will do even better in life despite people decrying their white privilege. I just roll my eyes at this stuff. The people pushing this nonsense are dopes, but most people can see the stupidity. It's not worth the hassle of trying to fight dopey people doing dopey things. So I try to ignore it. If my school tried to get me to join BLM and accused me of being racist for not doing so, I'd find another school.

Life's too short spend all of your time scouring the internet for outrages and grievances... which is what HO and JM seem to do. Stuff like this is annoying, but it's pushed by a fringe group of kooks on campus and in schools. It's not like leftwing kooks haven't been pushing crazy stuff for years. It gains traction in the echo chambers of academia and Corporations give it lip service with their chief diversity and inclusion officers and silly diversity and inclusion videos I have to suffer through once per year, but by and large most people roll their eyes at this stuff too. Focus on what you can control in life and tune out the nonsense and you'll do fine. If you become a grievance warrior and think of yourself a victim because you're white, like HO and JM seem to do, you probably won't accomplish that much in life.
