Yeah,,,,unless we can completely knock this out.....seems..

..variants will continue to live on. But who knows, maybe the one we have in us, will be good enough....and maybe within the next year, we can put this thing in a bottle....but, for the time being, we should be ready for it.

IMO, what we really need to do is become operationally ready for another virus, and next time around have the tools and the processes in place to act quickly. Unfortunately, with half the population easily convinced of one thing, and the other half easily convinced of the other, I'm no longer sure we will act as one United States when necessary.
