What’s happening in Israel now is no reflection on the Trump peace deals.
The whole point of them was that they isolated the Palestinians from some of the Sunni Muslim countries that once seemed all in on supporting the Palestinians, by formalizing the de facto alignment of Sunni countries with Israel against Iran, which was already a geopolitical fact on the ground. Really, Saudi Arabia would be the precious jewel in that chain of formalized alliances, but also the toughest to finalize.
I would say that isolating the Palestinians made some sort of conflagration there inevitable. The planned evictions of some Jerusalem Palestinian families was all the spark that was needed.
Given those evictions, this would be happening no matter who was in the WH, unless the Jerusalem Palestinian community simply ignored the evictions. Which, with them feeling more isolated than ever now, was never going to happen.
