Door was open, how is he supposed to know he’s not invited in?


I suppose there’s a trespass question, but in Colorado that wouldn’t invalidate the service. She is a person over the age of 14 at Mo’s residence, she was handed the summons and complaint; that’s it. She and Mo can get the police and/or the DA to file against the process server for trespass, and he may be guilty, who knows. But Mo would still be served.

Now I see some commentators on that video say trespass voids the service in AL, and that may be so. But it wouldn’t in Colorado.
