Bipartisan doesn't mean impartial, it means both sides get to investigate
and bring forth what they see fit. Nobody suggested Shifty Schiff shouldn't have been allowed because he had publicly stated and lied that he had "evidence in plain sight", or that Mazie Hirono shouldn't have been allowed because she told men to "shut up and step up".
Nancy essentially wants to have a public trial but not allow the defense side to have a voice she doesn't approve of. That's not how it works.
