It’s can only be systemic racism if the neighbor or police


would have acted differently if the alleged criminal was white. Now I will probably agree that the neighbor may have been influenced by race, but there is nothing to indicate the police were.
And as far as their procedures, we don’t know how the previous incident went down. Maybe the cops had a reason to believe the intruder would be violent since they were told it was the same guy.
