But varies within States and varies by employers. I know of a company in Virginia where employees were released because they couldn’t or wouldn’t wear a mask. In some cases the employees were approved for unemployment and in some cases they were denied. Some were changed by a hearing officer and others were not. So hoo knows at this point?
