Decoupled. I can concede Dan’s point about BLM, all dems’ supporting it, and that BLM universally wants to abolish law enforcement (I do not concede that point, for the record), but that says nothing about Jan 6. That was a violent effort to install the loser of an election, and had absolutely nothing to do with BLM. That was motivated solely by a lost election which they failed to overturn in court. Then failed to overturn via intimidation or cajoling of local state election officials. So they turned to a full on assault at the symbol of American democracy, which was openly organized by the outgoing president.

Decouple the BLM nonsense from all that, and the repub echo chamber is naked. There’s one conclusion - they are ready to throw American democracy away to install Trump as unelected president. They don’t want to say that out loud, so they whattabout to death over BLM.

Which is completely unresponsive to the point about Jan 6 and the continuing effort to kill democracy in its wake.
