terminated for an email ten years ago when he wasn't with the Raiders. However, he should have been canned for:

1. Performance
2. Losing probably 90% of the locker room after the email.

I'd rather see him deal with grown ass men in the locker room and called out by the media every day. That is real punishment for a guy where money is not a concern.

Now we hear there are far more offensive emails as late as 2018. There's no choice. Gruden needed to go without settlement. Don't reward him. He still doesn't get it judging from his last press conference.

Each situation is unique. Every incident should be looked at with context. There's really no mistake about Gruden. That person has serious issues. There was no way the Raiders could function as an organization with Gruden at the helm.
