in the US for deaths per capita, and if its own country would be the 10th highest deaths per capita in the world (only behind Peru, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Montenegro, Hungary, Gibraltar, Czechia, and Brazil)?

How does your brain work that considers that a "win," and insists that critics of the state's leader were wrong and he was right?
