I'm surprised SCOTUS is letting this be implemented, not only because of

the abortion rights argument but the novel enforcement mechanism. I'm also surprised that a state like Massachusetts has not announced that they're crafting a law with a similar framework to make, say, the sale of guns and anybody aiding that subject to civil sanction. Just to send a message to SCOTUS that if they approve the abortion law they will be faced with the same mechanism behind a gun law
