I have no desire to spend my Friday evening reading up on the details of PA voter purging, but from the quick glance, it looks like it probably does a decent job of not being brutal voter suppression while completing perfectly reasonable checks to purge moved & dead voters in support of election security - which is the whole point, as opposed to Dems fighting extreme purging rules like just not voting in 2 consecutive elections.

When I've glanced at other states I've seen the same/similar processes/steps. Pretty comprehensive and already on the books, and based on your posing history on the topic I have a feeling you don't actually understand what all goes into it.
