Orgs that have pronounced power imbalances need strong boundaries

They aren't fun and nobody wants to think about terrible things happening, but there are no good answers once things go bad. Fourth string athlete on a successful team says popular coach acted inappropriately. Popular coach says nothing happened. Even if your admins are 100% committed to the truth and wouldn't dream of a cover-up, they have no good options.
