To make it more odious to vote by mail in NC, you have to state you either


are handicapped or are "sick or reasonably sure of being sick" on election day.

Then two witnesses - not one - are required, who are NOT to be relatives except for spouse.

The Republicans final effort to cut down on voting - the ballot requires a stamp. We obviously cannot afford any of our precious tax money - which comes from the public - to benefit the public.

After that it runs fairly smoothly. You get a text saying your request has been rec'd, a ballot has been mailed to you, a ballot has been rec'd by the Post Office and finally that your ballot has been counted. I am sure the GQP will attack this next.

Your ballot has to be rec'd - not just post marked - by election day at 5pm.
