The charge of first degree reckless/intentional homicide appears to be reaching IMO. There's a lot of blame to go around ... including Rittenhouse. Do I believe Rittenhouse is a cold blooded murderer? NO. Do I believe he's an idiot who has only himself to blame being in a dangerous situation? Yes. Does that mean he belongs in prison? I don't know. That's for the jury to decide.

I think we can agree both sides are to blame in all this. I'm all for peaceful protests at appropriate times. I understand when people want to protect their property. However, this wasn't it. This was mayhem. No one is a a hero. No one is a martyr. Almost all these people are idiots. Let's treat them as such ... including Rittenhouse. Unfortunately, some people paid for it with their lives. Regard!ess of their dumbassery, it's still sad.
