Bottom line is laws needs to be changed/enacted.

This open carry shit is beyond ridiculous. You allow civilians to bring semi automatic weapons to protests and riots and something terrible is going to happen. Let the police/national guard do their job. Heather Hyer's murder was heart breaking, but with all the fire power and anger exhibited in Charlottesville in 2017, it's a miracle no one was shot and killed.

Posters on the right can say he was only defending himself all they want to. The kid, and he was just a kid, got away with second degree murder. But it was state sponsored murder since you're allowed to carry firearms while there is a riot going on.

btw - The prosecutions hands were slightly tied by the biased judge, that's obvious, but the prosecutor was pretty damn awful.

ps - lets just hope Arbery's killer doesn't get off too. Then it really could be a long weekend.
