I sometimes question your reading ability. I did not advocate he shouldn’

shouldn’t be charged in fact I said if he did something illegal he SHOULD be charged. I was just offering a possible explanation of why he wasn’t. I know full well that if he was possessing a gun illegally he broke the law. Perhaps this was a non move to not inflame the situation further. Or maybe not. Get a grip
