Florida had infection levels higher in August 2021 than New York in May/June 2020 despite a year's worth of education about containing spread and the availability of vaccines to basically anyone who wanted to get one. Largely because the governor made a point to be dick about anything and everything any democrat did to contain the virus.

What is actually true is that Floriduh did no better economically than any of the other states, despite this meat head jerk of a governor going after any store or locality that required a mask to shop. So I really just don't see the trade off. That ridiculous state is like one big WWF prop.
