I’m seeing the opposite of the claim I think you’re making. Complaints seem to be that Hollywood generally, including Disney, isn’t doing much of anything in response to Georgia voting laws. Everything I could find says more what this article says, which is that Hollywood is staying mum on the new voting laws (or at least not moving operations out of the state). This article speculates that’s because of the industry’s fiscal challenges. All the stuff I found was from last Spring but I saw nothing more recent claiming a change in stance.

So it looks to me more like they are being consistent - not ruffling feathers at a time of mounting commercial challenges, in China or in Georgia.
