What's this?

It's partly about DoD vaccine mandates on the NG. It's partly to say to the

rubes, "No Fedrul guvmint gonna tell us what to do!" It's partly so the governor can play "commander-in-chief." And here's what's funny; so-called "small government conservatives" are applauding this wasteful use of taxpayer dollars.
