Third, and no argument as to this in the link, but my recollection is still that of every 100 people in an ICU with delta, 90 of them are unvaccinated. (I think Boca posted this within the last 3 days)

Since roughly 65-70% of the population is vaccinated, and therefore only 30-35% is unvaccinated, doesn't the fact that the ICU population is 90% unvaccinated to 10% vaccinated indicate a level of protection against severe delta variant COVID that's more than, in your words, "little to no effect?"

In my state booster compliance percentages are, IIRC, around 31% of the vaccinated population; I understand it's running around 25% nationally. Most sources, the WaPo for example, are still using the term "fully vaccinated" to describe un-boostered individuals.

I don't know how we would know, at this point, how effective (on a specific, numerical, percentage basis) the booster shot is vs delta.
