Business is booming. Of my budgeted revenue for 2022, 50.5% is already
sold.
While we lost 50% of our workforce to resignations between June and September. We are now staffed +25% higher than ever before and have not lost a worker - touch wood - since October.
WRT the Great Resignations - we had three people who accepted offers and then called to say they had been offered more money somewhere else during their two week notice.
I can't sign my current lease - the negotiations are over - because I now need to lease additional space.
WRT to pricing, we did an 7% increase in rates in March and another 8% in October.
When I talk to my friends - who have not retired yet - they all are seeing the same things.
Business classes will be studying the economics of the pandemic for decades.
The US economy is the only one in the world doing so well. I have no foreign investments in my portfolio and none are recommended by my broker. [Post edited by Lazarus at 01/13/2022 09:46AM]
