Doesn't that law mandate poll watchers from both parties for the count? And


is the election board now doing the actual counting, let alone able to change the outcome of that vote count (as he's dishonestly implying)? And doesn't the law set parameters for being able to change that election board, and only impacting future elections, not that current one being counted?

He comes of as completely clueless, dishonest, and/or a raving lunatic. Which probably explains why Balzie would find it "pretty impressive".
