Whether you want to call that dementia or normal age related mental deterioration I don’t care. I was just going with the OP’s assertion.

Watching old clips of trump, he actually seemed somewhat thoughtful and intelligent. His fall off from that to an incoherent, delusional babbling lunatic has been sad. Joe has always been a verbal gaffe machine so I’m sure being 79 has done his propensity to babble no favors.
