By writing down the numbers on your ballot. And because mass mailing

ballots, especially if your voter rolls a poorly purged and cleaning that up is resisted by Dems, just makes voter fraud easier.

So now, instead of going to the polls, simply having to request a ballot is voter suppression too? What's next, claiming not going door to door to get votes is voter suppression too? Having to buy a stamp? Oh wait, of course you tax payer teat suckers in WA don't want to be suppressed by having to pay postage! :-)
