Wishing you a quick recovery...
Don't push yourself. This sucker is sneaky. My older sister (68) got it in late December and was "mildly sick" for a couple of days. Then she felt better. Then a week later, the intense fatigue set in and the relentless cough. I spoke with her last night, and she's somewhat better but the cough and fatigue are persistent.
My younger sister (56) got it in late December also. They went to the beach together with my next older brother. All of them got it as well as their spouses and kids. For my younger sister, Covid has been even more troubling. She has several health issues that impact her susceptibility to the virus. It hit her hard in late December. Cold symptoms, hacking cough and debilitating fatigue. After about two weeks, her energy began to return to some degree. The cough hung on stubbornly. She finally got back to work for a couple of days last week. But after she cleared her drive of the snows last week, she began to have trouble breathing. That became more and more painful until she went to urgent care yesterday. They encouraged her to go to the ER, so I took her and dropped her there. They discovered that she now has a pulmonary embolism in the right lobe and tested positive for both Flu A and B strains. She will be in hospital for a while I suspect.
Covid is pure evil, and I hate it so very much.
Take 'er easy, 11Balz.
