They pretty much already do that. And this topic is so far beyond either


affirmative action or abortion, both of which the Court has affirmed time and time again. But I'm sure the textualists will rule that money isn't speech and that corporations aren't people and that the second amendment means nothing outside of the context of the militia.

I mean really; who needs Congress or any of that messy legislation anymore?
