The best way to do it is just like we and everyone else around the world have done throughout recorded history until the Dems began corrupting the process, which is simply doing everything we can to have voters preregister and then vote in person with ID on Election Day. I'd be fine making Election Day a national/state holiday to facilitate this goal.

We can make limited accommodations for some of the hardships you mentioned by perhaps allowing in-person voting at official sites with ID on a few alternate dates and, on rarer occasions, allow for absentee voting by mail if a voter has a rock-solid excuse for not being able to vote in person. There should be harsh penalties imposed for lying about the need to vote absentee.
