What can the Market do about it with the level of uncertainty ...

(something all markets hate) surrounding all this? He could very well go through with it, but the longer all this gets drawn out, the less likely he buys Twitter. The Orlando police suit is probably the first of many. They'll be consolidated, no doubt, but they're not going to be withdrawn without getting something in return.
